Understanding Your Marketing Agency’s Offer and Pricing

When you first start your agency it can be difficult to know how to put together an offer.  If you don’t know what to offer it also becomes difficult to price your service.  One little trick is to find a google contractor or white-label partner and model your services and pricing off of them.

Show Your Services and White-Label Costs

Having a google sheet that shows services and white-label costs all in one place, makes it easier to determine how you should price your services.

Once you have your pricing set, it’s important to make sure that your offer is clear and concise.  An effective way to do this is to create what’s called an “offer deck.”  This is simply a document that outlines all of the services you provide, pricing, and any other pertinent information.  This offer deck can be sent to prospective clients so they have a clear understanding of what you’re offering.

Diagnosing Your Marketing Agency Needs

This way when you are doing your diagnosis of a business and learning about what they truly need it allows you or your team members to offer a proper solution.

This will help you understand your profit margins quickly and also allow you to hand off the client to the right white-label company to fulfill your service.
